The Guest Code of Conduct outlines those expectations and policies. To provide these types of experiences, we have standards and expectations for all guests and visitors. Pine Knob Music Theatre is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. We ask that you make this request at least four weeks prior to the show date for which the interpreter is needed. If you are hearing impaired and want to visit Pine Knob Music Theatre, you may request the services of an interpreter by filling out the form here.They can be checked out at the Guest Service Offices at the Ally East & UWM West Plaza. We offer Assisted Listening Devices to any guests that require them.For assistance purchasing accessible seats or companion seats, please call the Box Office at 31. Please be aware that guests are not required to sit in their seats during the performance and guests who choose the accessible lawn seats may be obstructed by other guests who are standing. These tickets are priced at the lawn price. Guests may also purchase tickets to sit behind the right or center sections. Additional companion seats may be purchased but are in the rows ahead of the accessible section, if available. One companion seat may be purchased along with the accessible seat. There are raised platforms located in the left and left center sections of the pavilion, which are priced as a pavilion ticket. The accessible seating locations at Pine Knob Music Theatre are located in the rear of the pavilion. Please note, availability may differ by event and may result in paying the difference for the pavilion seats (versus lawn seats). If you have lawn tickets and would like to upgrade to pavilion accessible seating, you will need to speak with a Guest Relations Supervisor and they will be able to assist you by going to the box office and arranging for you to be seated in one of our accessible areas. If you are at the Trinity Health VIP gate, you can speak to a Guest Relations colleague to retrieve your Will Call tickets for you and return them to you. This can be accessed on the outside or inside of the venue for any ticket situation. If your tickets are in Will Call, please visit the Box Office near the Ally East Entrance.They will escort you to your seat via wheelchair, or to any other location that you need assistance accessing (restroom, concession stand, etc.). Guests who require a wheelchair escort can enter the Ally East or Trinity Health VIP accessible entries and speak to a Guest Relations colleague.Should guests not be able to use any of these devices for health reasons, please ask a Crowd Manager for alternative options. The three different types of screening that are utilized include magnetometers, hand wands, or pat downs. Before guests are permitted entry into Pine Knob Music Theatre, they must go through one of our three security screening processes.We encourage guests with disabilities to enter Pine Knob Music Theatre via the Trinity Health VIP or Ally East Entrance, as there are no stairs required to access the pavilion or lawn from those entries. The entrance just south of the marquee sign is our “South Drive” and is primarily for guests with disabilities and upgraded parking. Parking for guests needing accessible parking is located outside the Ally East entrance to the venue, near light poles labeled 1A & 1B.If you wish to purchase more than four events, we politely ask that you get back in line (if applicable). This applies for the entire duration a show is on-sale and includes all points of purchase. 313 Presents reserves the right to cancel ticket limits on specific shows or offers at any time that exceed the policy. There is a four event per transaction limit (or a maximum of 32 tickets). The ticket limit can be viewed on the individual event page through the Ticketmaster website. The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased for a show is restricted to the published ticket limit of that show. Tickets for all Pine Knob Music Theatre events may also be purchased at the XFINITY Box Office at Little Caesars Arena.
